Returns Policy

We love our scarves, and we are confident you will adore them too.

However, should there be any reason you are not happy with your purchase we want to know about it, and we will give you a 100% refund if you return your scarf within 30 days of receipt.

If you wish to make a return, please contact us through our contact form, and we will supply you with the neccessary details.

On all orders to anywhere within the UK! Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of your order by first class post.

Last orders for Christmas

In order to ensure your pashmina are delivered in time for Christmas please make sure you place your order by 8pm on Wednesday December the 18th. You may continue to order after this time but Royal Mail cannot guarantee delivery in time for the big day after this date.
